Epiq: I've worked a law firms before and some have been fairly toxic environments. This place is unlike those places. I feel like it's a safe place to be professional without having someone take unfair advantage.
Epiq: I'm happy but I'd like more opportunity for promotion. Our team has too flat a structure. HR doesn't seem to understand that our team specific specialist skills that don't really fit their categories. We are lumped in with colleagues who have similar job titles but don't do much of what we do.
Epiq: I've been here for over five years and have grown with each change in position. When my department was shut down, another position was found for me, despite us being told that we should start looking for a new job. This was much appreciated.
Epiq: Overall, my experience has been very good. The work is interesting, the people are great, the pay and benefits seem about standard for my position/level in the industry, and my team is very flexible if I need time off.
Epiq: I joined this company at a time when things were bleak. Moral was low. Integration of two companies was not going well. I had 4 bosses in my first 3 months. Today, the company is thriving and each day is a new opportunity to make a positive difference.
