Higher ups need to treat staff better than they are
Nothing really stands out, as it was a fairly general interview
They work hard, even if the pay isn't as good as it could be
They need to stop being so aggressive in writing people up for minor offenses. They don't hear both sides of a situation before doing so.
We are given assignments that should be handled by the client staff, and are not suitably compensated for doing so. Doing more than security work should mean more compensation.
Be willing to listen to your staff, make compromises, and not be quick to judgement. Punishing people over minor offenses when a simple conversation to set them straight is better for overall morale
