For the past several years I have had a pleasant experience at Service Express. The last 18 months have been a challenge. Our ELT seems to be very out of touch with the day to day and show little care to help fix the issues/retain people. What keeps me at Service Express is my team.
As of late employee experience at Service Express has changed drastically. I would love to see the company continue to move toward remote/flexibility for all teams and become more progressive.
Service Express is going through a rough time. The culture has changed into something completely different. I think the foundation is still sturdy, but think with the misalignment at the executive level & within sales it is causing teams to struggle more than necessary.
Overall the people are what makes the difference at Service Express. It has been really sad to see certain members of ELT take advantage and treat those people like a number. We should be continuing to celebrate our people and show them how valued they are!

My team and people I get to collaborate with daily
The collaboration and support that team members have for one another.
They are supportive, collaborative and truly a joy to work with everyday.
My immediate leader is invested in the success of each individual on the team.
The company needs to get better at bringing existing employees up to market standards.
The people, without a doubt. I feel very fortunate to work for my leader and with my team.
The people are absolutely the most positive thing about this company. The talent and passion we have on our teams is amazing.
Caring more about people than the bottom line. Practice transparency. Address the issues at the Executive level instead of sweeping them under the rug.
Every SE employee should be brought up to at least fair market value for their experience and role. There are many employees who are drastically underpaid.
The company is willing to invest money in departments that generate revenue or pipeline, instead of investing in their employees compensation. Too focused on revenue right now.
Our Executive leadership team needs to be more in touch with how employees are feeling and what employees have been saying in surveys. Employees are telling them what is important to them, but it feels ignored.
Research that I have done on my position shows that I am well under market value for the position I am in. Other companies are willing to pay above market value to attract and retain their employees.
I believe most of the leaders at Service Express do truly care about their teams. But teams are feeling a lack of communication and acknowledgement from ELT about some of the tough spots that employees are in right now.
Existing employees are underpaid compared to what new hires are brought in at. The standard 4% performance increase doesnt cut it in an economy with high inflation. Stop letting your COO & CFO dictate what people can be paid.
