In addition to high turnover of executive leadership over the past few years, there have been at least 1-2 RIFs every year for a number of years. This has had a negative effect on team morale and confidence about the future, despite the quality and high value of the work we deliver.

I loved my job here but its unfortunate my position is being eliminated. In terms of executive leaders, I feel they are either ill-informed or detached from reality. Many poor financial decisions were made within this company and it went downhill very fast. Best of luck to everyone else still here!
I have worked here for close to 20 years. I have put a lot into my job and the company does not care about you as a person and what you bring to the table. You are just a number to them, yet they claim to be transparent and diverse.
