I think there should be bonus. Sales team earns a big check for closing deals, but Legal is very involved inclosing them too. Legal should be given bonus as well
for the most part, everyone is friendly, supportive. A few bad apples like any company are around. The bad apples take their cure from their managers who feel they can do the same thing. Most coworkers are trying not to play the "Blame game" and find resolution instead.
