It's been overall great! It still feels like a small company from my perspective. However there are some issues where I think, we conveniently act big when it suits us. That's when politics come in and while rare, I really dislike it since in the larger picture it's unproductive/immature, but exists

I honestly value time more than perks and money. I really hope the WFH and unlimited encouraged use of PTO continues well after the pandemic

I am on a tedious project at the moment, so not that :D But usually it's the rapid iteration and collaborative environment within my team

Pretty personable. And they share similar values to me in terms of morals and business. I feel like they have us in their best interests as well as the company.

My team is great. Everyone has each other's back. I ask anyone for help and even if I truly mean it as a small request, the response always feels like all hands on deck and we are in this together. That's incredible to me. It pushes me to hold myself to the same bar.
