We are generally optimists who believe in each other and want to work productively together. There are always exceptions, of course, but they are exceptions.

Folks are open to meeting new people and hearing new perspectives. I also think folks are pretty active on Slack which is awesome!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Expectations vs reality. Sometimes the expectation levels are too high and a lot of pressure is put on to 'fix things'. Discovering that dollars come before the safety of our members doesn't feel great. It's an under invested area. As well as customer service.

There is a lack of alignment across the leadership team and a lack of direction for all teams in general.

Too much leadership change, and often it feels like not for the better. Match Group and Tinder's goals don't always feel aligned, and there's no clear path to resolve the misalignment.
