What's the pay like for IT roles at UC Davis?
Market rate and even better because the benefits are good
The pay is reasonable, but lower than the private sector. The pension and benefits are very good.
How are the career growth opportunities on the IT team at UC Davis?
Horrible. They don't promote at all. The only way to advance is to move into another department which may or may not be a comfortable fit.
