Improvement on Transparency. During the registration process for the certificate programs, be clear and concise about all requirements. Allow students to apply and find out if they are approved or not before accepting tuition fees. If UCSD continues the current process, lawsuits will increase.
Overall in the 15 years, I have been working at UCSD, I have enjoyed my time. The interactions with customers and students have been very respectful and professional.
