What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

My leadership team is not in sequence with all parties. Information is occasionally missed or given out late in the game. Emails and text message communications are very sparse in words ( from direct manager) and don't have a feeling of professionalism.

Working at UC San Diego was mostly a positive experience. I did administrative work so I interacted with students a lot. The only thing was I felt micromanaged at times by my boss, but the rest of the staff was great.

Open communication and honest about work

They are always looking for ways to improve patient safety and quality healthcare.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

The best part of my compensation package is my health benefits

Get paid on time and the health benefits and pension

Retirement benefits are 100% of salary.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Salary is not competitive. No extra bonus. No salary negotiation

I do feel undervalued because I don't receive much praise from my manager. I help my team with projects, I complete evaluations and classes on time and I feel that with the additional effort that I put in I deserve to receive the max amount of a bonus, not less due to me using valid FMLA.

Knowing the average salary in my field (non-profit and corporate), it is disheartening to know that my salary is about 50% less.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

Hard working and diverse group

My team acknowledges that there is no I in team. They don't mind working together to get the job completed with quality results. They respect each other and they come to work.

My team is humorous and supportive. I feel comfortable going to them with a work issue and I know they will help me.

Open communication, agree to disagree

The team works together effectively and provides extra assistance to a team mate with needs.
