My leadership team is not in sequence with all parties. Information is occasionally missed or given out late in the game. Emails and text message communications are very sparse in words ( from direct manager) and don't have a feeling of professionalism.
Working at UC San Diego was mostly a positive experience. I did administrative work so I interacted with students a lot. The only thing was I felt micromanaged at times by my boss, but the rest of the staff was great.
Open communication and honest about work
They are always looking for ways to improve patient safety and quality healthcare.
