  • The first year new hires are eligible for 3, $1.00 raises and most recieve. Veteran locators get 1 a year and they cause the best locators they have to quit each and every year it will and does happen.. In turn this will put a strain on the other experienced guys who now have to cover there own areas plus the others.. Each year thousands are lost in damages, experience, and it just insanity that management is clueless or just doesn't care. Experience cannot be replaced by new hires

  • Medical Insurance is Terrible. But the other benefits like 401k and they are pretty flexible with techs at times
