Very Hands-On as well as carrying to the point of letting you know that you are not just an employee or a number that meant a lot to me
They have good content for the job
They helping in anyway possible and they are really worried about safety a lot
They are upbeat, energetic, and if you put in the work, it will definitely pay off
Very helpful and understanding with each issue
Certainly not micro management and
Extremely disorganized and dont do much for the workers especiallt at the holidays no bonuses
Making sure their employees are good and properly equipped with working equipment and incentivize floating since they force us to float to other areas again with no incentive. We don't even get outstanding marks points.

Communication. Training. Pay raises. Etc.
Micromanaging ego maniacs running this company. You can get the rug pulled out from under you at any given moment without warning. Toxic, unhealthy work environment where you can't trust anyone.
I do use the company insurance but I do use retirement programs
Nice bonus and base salary
Bonus, life insurance, and free equipments
Overtime and paid time off.
I don't have any complaint's
Leadership Inspiring people to work around Also working around people you can trust who don't lie
It a skill position with huge responsibilties. They pay like youre flipping burgers
If we matched what competitors pay and make an adequate adjustment to meet the current inflation
Lower cost benefits, and a bigger anual raise.
I work sun up to sun down and the best they can do is $20 gift card for christmas? We never get any bonuses here. I use to but thats changed the last couple years.
We all get along and have a sense of humor. No one takes anything to heart.

Thinking ahead and planning for the future
We have a lot of new people that are inexperienced. It is not their fault, its is the company's fault. They need to create a better training program that properly prepares new hires for the job that they will be doing.
instead of making fun of an individual why do they not mentor or give extra lessons rather than making stupid offensive comments because your they need better passionate leaders and trainers. the staff they say much bad words in workplace is terrible. we take more breaks than learning lessons
Review from Operations Dept
Maybe if we didn't have such a huge team covering such a huge area we would actually know each other and work better together or be more willing to help more
Create a team environment that would allow coworkers to express there likes and dislikes in a open and respectful manner.
Certain co workers is the positive
Outside work is cool and fun
Positive attitudes and if you need more training your supervisor usually is flexible.
Review from Operations Dept
Nothing positive about the culture or environment.
I get a truck to drive
Better pay, better management, make the over all company a better place to work so people actually want to stay here
The pay mostly the pay
For management and regular workers to not look down on someone for not knowing how to do there job probably and to help coach up people when the do wrong not just write them up and fire them
Train new hires properly so the can actually do the work at the quality you state you do
Quit playing politics and get on with the business of treating employees right. They make everyone job above them and with out them, there is no company.
The ability to learn about the job
Questions about family life and work ethics
It was simple. Easy process.
i get the help I need
I liked the person who interviewed me...the people seemed great. But that all changed once you are hired.
Standardize the interview process rather than every person for themselves developing their own questions. This has led to questionable interview practices.
It's just an interview standard questions
Stop buying companys you dont need
To actually interview people instead of highering your gambling buddys
Tell people what their getting into
The ability to walk out of my house into a company vehicle and look forward to working with the good co workers
Variety of job types. Drive time, and moving around constantly. New scenery and all kinds of scenarios. Meeting different people.
Review from Operations Dept
Listening to music in my truck
Interaction with customers and nature
Working with coworkers that care
We are being rushed and forced to meet quota with zero incentive to do so. We have to float to other areas and those areas don't float to help us out either. the entire work space is not fair and should be reviewed.
Review from Operations Dept
There is literally one pro to this job and that's you can take home a company truck.
Stop taking on new contract you know you can't fulfill
Too much workload, too few people, terrible training, low pay, mandatory overtime and weekend work.
Management needs to stop exploiting the workers
