What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Standardize the interview process rather than every person for themselves developing their own questions. This has led to questionable interview practices.
It's just an interview standard questions
Stop buying companys you dont need
To actually interview people instead of highering your gambling buddys
Tell people what their getting into
Stop lying to people interviewing. Be honest about the workload and overtime.
