the crew works together when needed
Some people were amazing - super helpful and kind. Many would kick you in the face if it meant it would help them to get up the ladder. Beware!
Always there to help. Need supplies we will get them.
They listen and get things done.

Thinking ahead and planning for the future
We have a lot of new people that are inexperienced. It is not their fault, its is the company's fault. They need to create a better training program that properly prepares new hires for the job that they will be doing.
instead of making fun of an individual why do they not mentor or give extra lessons rather than making stupid offensive comments because your they need better passionate leaders and trainers. the staff they say much bad words in workplace is terrible. we take more breaks than learning lessons

Maybe if we didn't have such a huge team covering such a huge area we would actually know each other and work better together or be more willing to help more
Create a team environment that would allow coworkers to express there likes and dislikes in a open and respectful manner.
No team work you work alone. The lazy locators get rewarded, the harder you work the more of a work load will be dumped on you. Asking for help gets you know where. My supervisors favorite words are do what you can and we look at weekend work
To do there job and come to work everyday and not expect other to do the work for them and to be trained properly
Stop complaining to each other and do your job
Quit with the good old boy fraternity and start working in the field and building respect from your team.
Training. Company training is poor. No real utility locating training, mainly just driving training.
They need to support each other more
Better communication, communication is only present when bad occurs or being watched.

Supervisors tell district managers what they want to hear. District managers tell regional directors what they want to hear. Regionals tell VPs what they want to hear. See the problem? There is a huge disconnect and higher level managers are blind to this effect.

If we could set up meetings to coordinate on larger tickets versus just do a little here and there until it’s done this would allow all of to be more aggressive in attacking smaller tickets and knocking them out. It would build team ethic that we are here to help each other and help the company.
