For management and regular workers to not look down on someone for not knowing how to do there job probably and to help coach up people when the do wrong not just write them up and fire them
Train new hires properly so the can actually do the work at the quality you state you do
Quit playing politics and get on with the business of treating employees right. They make everyone job above them and with out them, there is no company.
Management needs to show some consideration that employees would like to have lives outside of work. We lose a lot of guys because they can’t handle the schedules they are forced to keep. 10-12 sometimes even 13 hour days, and then once a week you are required to work up to

Communication with employees understanding the stress and the demand required
More involvement from leadership. Not just meeting to talk about production but real meetings to talk about what we can do or to formulate plans to aggressively attack large tickets or excessive passed dues. If we work as a team instead of its your area figure it out then we will have better results
