Lack of communication between departments. Bad systems. Little to no communication with customer to prevent issues with company. Issues customers call about show we as a company don't really care about our products. Not really proud to work here anymore.

Just seems like there is little to no care about the actual customer experience for a luxury brand. If we made the business more customer focused, it would be better for everyone involved and we'd probably keep a good reputation.

I don't interact with coworkers often enough to judge them. The ones I do interact with are a coin toss and will either help or they won't. We'd work better together if we had established teams and systems to work with each other within.. not just queues and metrics.
