    Not giving me feedback on any of my work or 10 months and then laying me off without notice because you were "replacing me with a platform" was a crappy thing to do. Don't just be a better manager, be a better person than that.

    Learn how to *manage*, not just drive. Your team would be stronger for harnessing individual strengths rather than just pushing everyone to become as similar to you as possible.

    To have compassion and empathy for all. On Team Meetings it is apparent for those individuals who are spoken too "differently". Not with the same compassion and empathy for all.

    Your employees work hard for you, maybe you should take the time to show some type of appreciation towards them.

    Morale is important to any business or company. Without it workers will soon feel as if they aren’t cared for. Numbers and productivity are one thing. But how everyone feels is extremely important.

    When you give me a task to accomplish, take my idea into consideration and give some merit before you toss it out the door and then push your idea as the solution.
