    not good, they like employees to "look busy" even when in reality we are not always going to be. work place will be better when they are retired.

    I enjoy it because they expect a lot out of you, but if your doing a good job they will let you know.

    working with someone who has experience and who can teach a lot.

    There a bit more difficult do too living the old days a gender positions but just do your job the best you can you will be fine.

    Not bad, but they tend to have some outdated views on markets and customers. They also don't appear to continue learning like younger staff. They often lack up to date technical skills.

    Keep it organized, show respect, keep off your phone, take full responsibility for your efforts regardless positive or negative.

    Bad, toxic, doesn't care for the well being of employees

    You learn plenty but take note.of things that you shouldn't do. Boomers (pertaining to my boss) are intelligent but old school. He cannot adapt and thinks like that he knows it all. With the technology we have today, knowledge is only a google away.
