If It is just about likeness, then "No" but if it is about dubious character that can posses danger to the company, then I will definitely tell my boss

I think you should have a better reason for that person not get hired. For ex. Does not have good work ethic, is not punctual, bad attitude. I think just because you don’t like someone does not mean they shouldn’t get the job, especially if they’re qualified and you know they would be great at it.

If you don’t like a candidate, you must provide a reason that’s related to the hiring of the candidate’s ability to do the work and not based it on your personal opinion of the candidate

It is not about "how you feel about the person" it is really about the culture that exists in your current environment and how this person will impact that culture. If you have a gut feeling about this person then you should definitely voice that opinion. DO NOT SAY YOU DON'T LIKE THEM, say that you have concerns about their personality and how you feel that it may clash with the rest of the team and affect cohesion.

Just explain situation and why to avoid being placed with that worker

Only if it's not personal, example: If you know this person is unreliable- then yes

Yes, it would be better to let your boss know, have more information about a prospective hire, or if that hire might cause problems.

It depends on the person, your reason for disliking them, and how closely you have to work with them.

Only if it is work related and not personal

Yes, but give your reasoning so the boss can assess your concerns

Depends on if it is for a personal reason or for a professional one. If you don't have a professional explanation for it i.e. poor performance, negative attitude, ethics... don't do it.

Yes, but depends on your relationship with your boss. Also, as long as it's for a professional reason and not personal.

Yes. You'll be working this person. If the reason is valid, then by all means let your boss know. I would address it from a very professional standing though. Example, "I don't think their personality would mix with our current culture very well."

If you can do so with objective reasons.
