How often do you interact with members of your executive team?

In a startup with only about 20 people on a daily basis. They are my main point of contact for many different parts of my job.

At least twice a week.

I say hi to one of them most days in the lunch room.

Occasionally. We recently changed executive teams, so it has been far less frequent than it used to be

Group executives - almost daily, if not weekly. Corporate executive - once a month or less.

Depends upon the role you fill within the organization. As an individual contributor not leading major efforts, you can expect your interaction to be at large town hall style meetings. The more important the role/project, the more exposure to senior leadership
