Ideas and cooperating in team effort and making improvements to the business at hand and implementing other employees to follow good work habits
Thru the work that you do daily. A good manager will recognize your abilities.
Not messing up, taking charge
Ask for an opportunity to prove your ability.
Take on more responsibility, communicate with others clearly, multitask, and show my respect for others.
Take on responsibility with an attitude that says "these are not problems, these are opportunities" make the most of every opportunity to shine.
By being a leader - organizing, helping others, etc. Be the person everyone else looks up to.
Show initiative. Within the bounds of your job title and responsibilities, perform extra duties that typically are reserved for management roles, but don’t require it to be managements position. Ask them for advice. Let them know your goals.
Go above and beyond
Create a presentation, with the real numbers and proves about it. Show this in a meeting if it is possible. Number never lies.
Ask to do tasks the manager is performing
Lead by example. In actions and in words. Speak as you yourself wish to be spoken to. Perform tasks without always having to be asked to do something. Assist your other co-workers with their responsibilities (provided that yours have been completed in a timely manner and done correctly). Become the go to person on the team- they will notice (hopefully) and see that you are management material. Ensure that your verbal and written communications are professional in tone and content. Do not tear anyone down. No one is perfect, we all make mistakes so be kind, willing to listen, willing to help!
By bringing him solutions not problems.
Interaction and proving you can do any task set before you and then asking for more responsibilities, no matter how small...go the extra mile for your co workers...success will come! Never forget who drives the company...
Lead from the middle
Show leadership and take initiative
Performance and confidence.
