A toxic boss don’t deserve you. Vote with your feet. The economy is excellent so why put up with nonsense?

Don't say anything to your boss or the team. When you have a chance, quietly take it to their superior.

Depending on the reason. If deserved, take it like a champ. If an honest mistake, talk to boss in privacy and explain why it is not proper. If it continues, leave.

Stop by your boss’ office towards the end of the day and be straightforward and honest that you respond better to criticism delivered one-on-one, not by being embarrassed in front of coworkers. If your boss isn’t sympathetic, find a new boss.

Depends! On e.g. relation to boss, audience and your confidence! I give three options: A) laugh out loud and ask if he wants to continue for you? B) ask somebody in the audience to continue and tell your boss if you can speak him for a second outside? C) ignore him and continue!

Pull him to the side later and just politely ask him 2 not do that . Next time .

Don't respond at all in front of the rest of the team, except to agree that I will improve. Schedule private meeting with boss to discuss specifics.

You should seek a private meeting with your boss and speak candidly with him/her. If he repeats this behavior, then reach out to HR next.

Advise him/her that you would like to talk to them in private. If this doesn’t work walk away and tell them you will speak to them when they feel they can do it in a calm demeanor. If they do go private with you tell them You don’t appreciate them reprimanding you loudly in front of others

Politely, request that they discipline you in a private environment.

With grace, don’t defend or deflect and apologize without excuses. This is your best chance at getting your boss to realize they have overreacted

Throw up your middle finger (two if you are feeling especially ambitious) and tell him that you quit. Seriously, why would anyone continue working for someone that does that? There are so many other options available.

It depends. Some reprimands are operational and should be voiced in the open so that everyone can learn from them. But if the reprimand seems inappropriate, then discuss in private with the boss; try to be objective and unemotional - "Bringing that problem up in that way in front of everybody really embarrassed me/made me feel bad/shamed me. I wish that it had not been done so publicly". Or maybe the boss does this all the time - ask HR. This is very over simplified, really it can be very complex depending on the org structure.

Tell them quietly and in private that they are unprofessional and rude and you expect more professional behavior.
