A boss asked me to falsify a report. It was an unimportant report but they wanted to falsify it to “stay off the radar”
Even though it doesn't translate to the paycheck, an occasional 'attaboy' lifts one's spirits.

When told that there is no one here to help or represent staff and that if there are issues we can leave, I stopped caring.

"Think Differently", my manager truly encourages me to challenge the norms. This helped me to see my work through a different lens, instead of marching to the same drum, continuing to do things in a way that doesn't make sense. Instead we challenge these things, ask why, and innovate!
I make her look good she will make me look good. It has to be a mutually beneficial relationship.
Once boss told me that it doesn't make sense to sacrifice for the company, because company doesn't really care.
