    A boss asked me to falsify a report. It was an unimportant report but they wanted to falsify it to “stay off the radar”

    "Think Differently", my manager truly encourages me to challenge the norms. This helped me to see my work through a different lens, instead of marching to the same drum, continuing to do things in a way that doesn't make sense. Instead we challenge these things, ask why, and innovate!
