operating with velocity and tranparency
The leadership team is transparent moves fast and has a plan
They do as they say, have integrity and are open and honest as well as passionate.
The recent additions to the Leadership team have left a positive impression. With their diverse skills and extensive experience, I'm genuinely excited about the improvements ahead.
Love the direction and the pace the company is going now. Confident about a fruitful year ahead
300 words quota are not enough
review approaches; review culture, fire P&C head and find a good balance of taking care of employed people, their collaboration and accountability. Communication is the key as well. Current top management is really bad at it.
All departments should follow established processes, Accounts are no how different. Interdepartmental relationships should be documented and clearly followed. Fire extra managers/CEOs and hire support&dev people. At least they take care of Simpro users. Hire human beings, not agenda propagandists
this is not an anonymous survey - it gets broken down and results are sent to departments/managers of those taking the survey
Flexibility, and re-introducing Flex-4. Entire new American executives are all remote workers in different locations, yet the Brisbane office is a mandatory requirement. Seems like discrimination to me.
fair compensation based on the responsibiity and market
Its well balanced and fair
It is a fair salary
Parental Leave and free lunch
Pay is ok, hybrid work arrangement, flexiblity, LUUUUNCH!!!
The return of Flex4, which worked wonders (as a matter of fact)
Although I am very grateful for Simpro I do feel as if I should be making more money. Especially with 8+ years of experience and Inflation.
I am not pad at the level i was told i would be at when i joined. And others doing the same job as me are paid more
we work hard to hit our goals and we do but there is compensation is always "we have a limited budget", for an American company not offering health benefits makes me think I should move
The salary for an equivalent positions at other companies are more competitive, especially for the lower pay tier roles in the company. I spoke to different people from other departments and it looks to be an issue for them too. With rising inflation and costs, this issue will assuredly grow
collaborative, communicative and willing to work
there is a willingness to work together to support our customers
All passionate people with different skills who are happy to work together and share ideas
the team's diverse skills, extensive experience, effective communication, commitment to improvement, and positive culture collectively make it a dynamic and high-performing unit
Great people Love the dynamics Fun and laughter Not sure of the rest outside my teams
some leaders, not all co-workers - expect us to self-train while working on a important/time-sensitive ticket, when know-how in required knowledge is limited or non-existent - this delays the deliverables, causes lots of frustration, including potential target for blame for being behind.
Look at the big picture and ask questions instead of inventing problems so that you make yourself look good "solving" problems that don't exist.
be proud of the work they produce, they aren't
great people all pulling together
people are starting to come together and trust each other. Opening up and pushing innovation.
People genuinely care about each other
The most positive aspects of our company's culture is our inclusivity and the diversity in the people we hire here.
Fast paced, demanding and great colleagues made it fun
The office needs more life to be an actual vibrant place to work.
More accountability and less sugar coating
Collaboration, communication, and valuing people as more than just numbers in the company. It would be great to see progression pathways, workshops, and external training budgets. Incentivize with things other than fair salary raises.
Nothing i can think of
Asked very good questions to validate domain expertise and cultural fit
Having a genuine and authentic insight of what working for Simpro would really be like
It was quick..I had 2 interviews and a job offer within a week.
it was fair and complete
I got to interview with the people I would have the most interaction with. It was a fast process - 1.5 weeks. Follow up was excellent.

We are driving value for our customers and creating a very healthy company
Interacting with customers and other employees
Achieving goals, brainstorming new ideas, helping others
Feeling accomplished in a project and seeing my work buddies
Great colleagues in my team
change the company culture? let people be happy?
1) Outstanding bugs and issues are taking way too long to resolve. 2) No confidence in current products. - Simtrac, Connect, and eForms are left to linger and break down instead of maintaining and updating.
Tap into the ideas of customers and staff to make decisions rather than pushing decisions down to staff that make very little logical sense.
I am currently experiencing a significant lack of balance in my life, as work has increasingly consumed my time and energy. I am no longer content with my current situation and feel a strong desire to make a change.
Excitment isn't the right word. I enjoy my work and my colleagues absolutely though.
