I have no advice to management because they are complicit when it comes to their products and services. Could they improve their product? Yes. Will they? No.
They are more concern with getting new customers then keeping existing customers. It is impossible to sell what you do not believe in. I wish they would make it easier for their salespeople by living up to their end of the bargain. The fulfillment of the product or service.
