Customer service - so poor as to be aggravating, making it much worse. Lies and lack of follow through seem to be built in to the system. Customer facing personnel end up shielding the gross inadequacies behind them.
I love the feeling I get when I'm able to help so many people, every single day. I want people to enjoy their life to the very fullest.
