Good overall. They put customers first, take pretty good care if employees, have lots of training and support. However, they dont give ATPs raises. ATPs are the backbone of the company. And, they have a dept just for monitoring ATP emails and have overly harsh punishments for breaking any policy.

Neen here for over a year doing 3 different jobs with significantly more knowledge in the field than my supervisor and today I found out me and most of my co workers raise was 2%. For me that was 43 cents. Became a seating tech as well as warehouse tech and do jobs not in my description for my boss
Better managers, better/fair pay rate, and respect.
Executives are paid very well. But the regular Joe's who do all of the hard work day-to-day and make the money for the company don't make anything to brag about. Too many managers and not enough workers.
