What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Lots of autonomy, which is priceless. Easy to communicate with anyone within the company to find resources and answers.

Culture is fine, hiring all overseas is not.

I get distracted very easily (ADD). I work from home and have since March 2020. It saves the company money. It saves me money. There are so many perks working from home. The main one, for me, is having a very quiet work environment. I'm able to focus on work & give my full attention to our clients.
