CCC's are as equivalent to a paralegal is to an attorney. We're the backbone of this company. Paying CCC's a lot more would be motivational

I get distracted very easily (ADD). I work from home and have since March 2020. It saves the company money. It saves me money. There are so many perks working from home. The main one, for me, is having a very quiet work environment. I'm able to focus on work & give my full attention to our clients.
