    Helpful

    Retrain all managers, have fewer reports for them to complete. Let the managers actually manage staff so things do not escalate. Too many manager meetings and no one with authority is available.

    I'd keep more seasoned associates, let them have autonomy to do the right thing while using prudent decision making. Not all clients are the same. Exceptions can be made.

    Get rid of micromanaging, let associates think outside of the box without a several people buy off. Let us use our logic.
