
Typically everyone works from home on Fridays if you are in a client facing role. There are a lot of factors at play. The primary factor is what the client wants. Most clients that I've had eventually do not care if my team works remote. Some are old school and want you there everyday.
Depends on the engagement, but overall very flexible. Some projects will require near 100% travel, others can be 100% remote, and some can be done all within your local office. Largely depends on what business area you’re in.
Could be better. There are some internal roles where this is allowed. We are a client service company, so we need to be at the clients most of the time.
