Product and Engineering teams have several people who I would describe as straight up *toxic*. I have felt discriminated against as a woman several times by colleagues.
I know for a fact I am underpaid by 50%-70% (depending on the person) compared to male colleagues in similar roles. It's rampant and wrong. If it's such a great place for women, I am not a part of that movement and neither is any other woman I know in this company -- many anecdotes supporting this.
