Overall a great place to work with good benefits
Great experience, some things have declined but would encourage more wfh a 3 home 2 office as no one really wants to go into the office when they can easily work from home and it saves on travel time and transport cost. Co-workers are great and always helpful and supportive.
Always there for support and help
Always available to help and listen to your questions
Family environment, working relations, socialising
my work colleagues and the support given and received
working together to get the job done, helpful, caring, supportive
Knowing I'm doing a good job, and being able to work from home
we like each other, can bounce ideas off one another, are there for support, interaction
Upfront and approachable, will listen and answer questions. Moving the company in the right direction.
The office is nice, culture has decreased as we don't do the things we used to.
Market salaries are looked at but always given the lowest salary from the bench mark figure
Friendly, family culture, they create the best work life balance and will always adapt to help and encourage staff.
salaries should be looked at more often and adjusted in line with job role and market trend otherwise staff will go elsewhere
Don't really know them. I think they have a lot of experience (just not sure it's used right), some have been in the role for a long time so you would hope they know what they're doing but from the All Hands meetings over the years, it's the same old thing. Time for a change maybe?
Your point of view doesn't always seem to be taken serious, the managers & ELT have already made decisions about things before ask staff & they always pay salaries at the lower end of the scale, make these at the higher end as there is no incentive to do an excellent job when paid mediocre salaries.
