    Helpful

    Leadership is very removed from the line level worker and doesn't have a reality check on how things are really working. They do annual employee surveys but very little actually changes.

    Slim down the middle-management sector. There are many people who are collecting a paycheck simply for existing (and provide little to no value)

    Get rid of the layer upon layer of management. Lower the CEO's salary.
