Alida's leadership team is very relatable and empathetic. They are also leaders in their field and make decisions based on data and not just gut reaction. I appreciate that I am seen as a person and not merely a "doer" at the company. They care about my professional development and wellbeing.

Not only am I compensated fairly but I really enjoy the structure of the PTO at Alida. I receive vacation, life days, holidays, and floating holidays so I can take time off accordingly. I also get a day off to celebrate my work anniversary and my contributions to the company.

My base pay is quite good. I think I am paid fairly for the work I do. I also have a great vacation plan that is better than anywhere I worked. I specifically like the dah off I receive on my work anniversary to celebrate me and my accomplishments to the company.

The people I work with are the best. Everyone is friendly and empathetic. The organization is always trying to find ways to enhance the culture, especially as we have all been working remotely for nearly a year now. For instance we just had a mental health week so we can all focus on mental health.

My team is so ambitious and competent. I feel like they make me a better marketer every day. We not only accomplish so much, but we also have fun while we do it. I trust all of my team members to do their work and they trust me. We collaborate well together and that has proven to be valuable for all
