I think the customer driven part is what I get off on. I get to work directly with Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft and a ton of other huge names. Who else gets to do that?
My specific team gets pulled into the biggest customer issues. I love having a team of creative people geared up to solve the hard customer problems. Seeing what smart people come up with is fun.
Money pays the bills, but the fun comes form the people, customers and tech. That is what drives me. I guess my favorite part is the RSP matching. I hate thinking about this stuff, but it is fun to see my investments grow without a lot of energy being put in.
I've worked at Alida for 11 years and have had lots of roles from the technical to customer. I have seen the evolution of the company from services to 100% saas technology play. The leadership team understands that people are what get it done. They push and we grow... winning is fun.
