In all honesty, the leadership staff needs a complete overhaul.

I would have an actual interview. The person who conducted the interview did not ask a single pertinent question about my experience.
The leadership team does not value what each employee brings to the table. They certainly don't compensate the employees fairly and don't give explanations as to why.
