Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
it's accompanying that's fade afraid to be clinically aggressive in fact that's frowned upon because you a bunch of transport medics with no 911 experience
The leadership team does not value what each employee brings to the table. They certainly don't compensate the employees fairly and don't give explanations as to why.
Very undervalued. They treat everyone like a number, you mean nothing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most have amazing personalities and a drive to perform well in EMS
Supportive and treat you like family.
The team is what makes anything about work barrable. They are the only reason I am still there.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
people need to learn to come together as a team and stand room one flag not work for themselves
More accountability across the board
Coworker are not bad, likely because we are all in the same position regarding the culture

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management. We should have somebody that enjoys their job and strives for their employees to succeed.
Pay more and get better.
In all honesty, the leadership staff needs a complete overhaul.
New management with better morals.

Layed back and comfortable. Easy process.
It was simple, standard and I was hired.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would have an actual interview. The person who conducted the interview did not ask a single pertinent question about my experience.

Interacting with and helping the members of our community
Patient interactions and knowing i am making a difference.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, the leadership staff is the primary problem within this company.
They need to care, be involved and invest in their employees.
