What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurnace, but thats via teamsters, not the company
Full benefits. But, would like to have tuition reimbursement.
I receive commission and PTO as well as get awarded for perfect attendance
With the freedom to work as little or as much hours as you want, it's great to take time off and vacation every few months while still rolling in the dough on your busy ones. Wonderful flexibility.

401K matches 3% fully, then 1/2 for the next 2% (so I put in 5%, they put in 4%), fully vested immediately.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More equity, and consideration of current risks
