How's the vacation policy at Amazon?

Quick question. I got rehired about a month ago and I had 9.45 hours of PTO but when I went to request time it said I had 11:45 hours. Sent it and now it says I have -11 minutes of PTO. Will I get into trouble for going over PTO. Not sure why they would tell me I have more then -11 left.

So my ride got very sick and is unable to take me to work tomorrow but I only have vacation and four hours of paid time off and it was the night before it was in 24 hours that I put in the vacation can the manager still approve it

If Emergency pops up and my ride wouldn’t be able to take me to work and I don’t have a way to get to work in the vacation time still be approved if it’s not 24 hours like The night before work

So this is more of a question, if you have vacation planned before even starting the job can you still take off for that if you let them know in advance

What happens when you put in a vacation request and they don’t see it in time to approve it, does your vacation time still get taken for that day?

after a year at amazon working overnight 3 nights a week 12 hours each shift how many days of vacation would you be entitle too at amazon?

If I have planned vacation before I started working for Amazon can I still get the time off

so they only give you 10 hours of pto at the beginning of the year then 2 every pay period?
