What's the Operations team like at Amazon?

Front half of the week is ok. Back half of the week we have a large leprechaun who is tyrant with little people skills. This is in a fulfillment center.

They only care about lining their pockets with bonuses because they can achieve maximum work with barest and fewest workers.

It's a crapshoot. You either have tight knit, well running teams, or haphazard groups of individuals on the same shift.

Tight at the top with no regard for those who do the physical labor.

Cool but they have their favorites

In it for themselves.
