
Showing up and Making rate is more important than anything....and safety.... these are the things I see people losing their job most for....having bipolar, suffering from anxiety- I get scared when my rate is 97/98 or lower.... I don’t want to lose my job. I love being there. I don’t just stand there even when the line is down- I find I can use that time to stock or clean my station/work area at least until the line gets up and running again....I wish that would be taken into consideration before punishing with warnings and writeups
That there is no real role of management- you’ll be lucky to ever meet the one who calls the shots at the warehouse. You know the lowest form of management and even they aren’t considered managers.
The amount of favoritism and retaliation. Most of the managers don’t have a real business sense. They throw management vests to their buddies and or family members.
