Started out great with a clear objective, that we reached a long time ago. Now its just stagnant due to fear and bureaucratic past and current decisions.

Started out great and has progressively gotten worse. The nepotism, elistist, and bureaucratic attitudes and policies have gotten out of control.

Was great for years but has been getting worse every month for the last year.

Amplify has been a good experience overall. The biggest thing in our way is the constant attempt to bring politics into commentary and decision making. Hire, promote, and give increases to the best people, period. Stop using politics as a means to make decisions.

Accomplishments and my compensation package is rewarding.

Certain things we have asked for have been said they're "in the works" for more than 3 years with no eta.

To not have hard stop pay scales where people don't get a raise year after year even in light of high inflation.

Hire the best people for the job instead of "checking a box" and stop putting your friends in leadership roles they don't belong in.

Compensation plans are being adjusted to reduce producer's income, pay scales are not being increased resulting in no raises for multiple years. Senior leadership being secretive. Nepotism is rampant.

I was told last year that my base compensation was maxed out for my position so an actual raise was not provided. We then started hiring new employees in entry level positions at a pay rate higher than mine.
