I am loving how fast paced it is right now, there is always something to do

My manager genuinely hears my concerns and cares about my feelings and feedback. I truly believe he does everything in his power to make sure all of his employees are happy and feel heard.

My manager is one of the best managers I have had for any job. He really cares about all of our feedback and does his absolute best to make things easier for us. Since he has taken over, I would say the team in general has drastically improved as a whole.

I am consistently the top producer, receive the majority of the broker requests, help more than the rest of my team, and half of them have a higher job title than I do. This bothers me because I feel one, it's about the principle that on paper they have a higher job title and two are paid more

I think we should have separate bucket for 'sick time'. We work hard to accrue our PTO and when I started here, I had no idea that PTO is also for sick/vacation time. If it's going to stay that way, I think the accrual rate per pay period should be higher. Max 5.54 hours/pay period is not a lot.
