
I enjoy that we can all get along in a friendly way.
I like that they take our future into consideration and do their best to help us grow career-wise.
The most positive thing would be the friendly environment. We can go to our leadership and ask them for help and they will do their best to find solutions or support where we need it.
I feel that parental leave should be added to the list of benefits. I also feel that it is not fair for team members in retail to all be paid equally - merit and time spent with the company, as well as inflation, should be taken into account when deciding salaries.
I feel that I am doing a lot more work than others in my same position, and I am not being compensated or given any form of acknowledgement other than a pat on the back here and there. I think that improving training and having more competitive salaries can improve who is attracted to us.
