We work as a team and my supt does everything he can for his team
The decision maker on promotions should know the people better if a manager likes someone they get promoted
Because everytime my supt wants to promote me management want to put people of other plants in that position
To many decision maker up to plant manager level and supt should have more input on who gets promoted
Management make decisions and changes on plant level with out doing proper research and then it is up to the ground level employees to struggle and it all come to management make poor decisions and then they want to close plants with out taking other options if (his) plan doesnt work nothing will .
