Needs more positive mentoring. A lot managers are not trained in positive coaching. Real lack of care put into People development.
Communication! It would be beneficial to hold ‘townhall’ meetings frequently. Also to see them more often. They seem to live in their tower and never see them with the people.
This company does not provide individual merit awards. And there has been no salary raises for three years now! Also benefits leave a lot to be desired. For such a big company they have poor voluntary benefits, poor dental program, no college tuition savings or points program and medical is HDHP.
