Speed up hiring process. Applicants are lost because process takes too long
Stop getting rid of all the highly paid women support managers and stop the old boys club It's disgraceful
Women are undervalued and everyone is overworked. It goes beyond the financial compensation . Stop the dog and pony show for prospective residents and future employees
Don't be fooled by the brochure. Employees are expected to perform un reasonable tasks as staffing is at a minimum. Managers are off working 15 hours a day to cover shifts in order to meet insane staffing goals
