
Monetary compensation and fair raises should be considered. Bonuses when appropriate. Get the "family" feel of medicine back as opposed to having it feel so business oriented.
We are expected to bend over backwards for this company, but they never show any monetary appreciation for it. Raises barely keep up with the cost of living increase.
The leadership doesn't value our thoughts or ideas, decisions are often made that hurt the department. Leadership also seems to scold the entire department instead of the individual that needs to be talked to.
